I’m super excited to collaborate this week with Ada from Elegance and Mommy Hood! Together with several other bloggers, we’re featuring a series of pink outfits in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. It is such a great cause to support as 1 out of 8 women will get breast cancer in her lifetime.
I thought it would be the perfect occasion to wear my all time favorite bright pink summer dress and pair it with my black leather moto jacket and ankle boots to give it more of an edgy look.
I just love the color-blocking trend and mixing complementary color combinations. Did you know this fashion trend was first inspired by Piet Mondrian in the sixties? I personally find the bright pink and black combo so refreshing! Are you a fan?

Life Update
October is flying by! While virtual learning is going well, my daughter is playing soccer again. It’s been so fun watching her games again and having more human interactions with social distancing of course! Speaking of human interations, we’re planning to celebrate Halloween at our friends who are having a small outdoor party with a candy egg hunt and outdoor movie projector for the kids and lots of drinks for the parents! Every Halloween I dress up as a witch, so be sure to follow the fun on Instagram! Do you have any fun plans?
As always, thanks for reading 🙂
A bientôt ♥

I love the combination of the flowing pink dress with the biker jacket and boots! We had a very quiet Halloween – I did my daughter’s makeup and she dressed up, but we stayed in and watched TV. Thanks for linking up!
