I was looking for the perfect combat boots before the holidays and during our recent trip to Québec City – blog post coming up soon – I found the perfect combat boots from Dr. Martens, the iconic cult brand from the 90s! Full disclosure: I never owned a pair in my twenties or thirties. It’s never too late to embrace a new trend as soon as it fits with your personal style, bien-sûr!
It was so cold in Canada and these boots are perfect for frigid temperatures since they’re designed for extreme weather conditions. The air-cushioned sole makes the boots so comfortable and they’re super sleek and stylish at the same time!
This particular style is made with a new Goodyear hybrid-material sole to literally “combat” debris clearing and traction. Plus, the boots have a warm lining to protect your feet from the harsh cold.
I have been wearing my Docs with about everything lately! Paired with Spanx leggings or skinny jeans and a sweater, they’re my go-to outfit on the weekend! They also look super chic with a long pleated skirt, and even a dress – mini, midi or maxi.
