October is in full swing and the fall temperatures are finally here! What I love most about fall is the smell of cinnamon candles, the warm taste of butternut squash soup and of course all the cozy sweaters, floral dresses and all the boots!
The dark romance floral look is trending again this fall with dark floral blazers, suits, tops and dresses. I’m personally loving long floral dresses. Paired with high-knee boots, it’s the ultimate effortless chic look for fall. See how I styled this floral dress last fall in this blog post.
Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack have an amazing collection of floral dresses. I bought this dark floral print dress featured in this outfit at Nordstrom Rack last year. If budget is not an issue, check out designer Rixo at Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus. His floral prints have that dark romantic chic feel to it. The brown suede slouchy boots featured here are Steve Madden. They’ve been my go-to pair this fall and they look so chic with a printed floral dress. For a more dressy and eclectic look, you can style your floral dress with a pair of leopard pumps. Mixing patterns and prints in the same outfit is very chic.
