A White Boho Chic Maxi Dress Look

Summer is in full swing and with the hot temperatures hitting the 100 degrees mark here in the Washington DC area, wearing a maxi dress every day is a very tempting proposition!

This white crochet sleeveless maxi dress from Max Studio is the perfect summer dress! I love the crochet trim details around the upper-bodice and on the high-waist belt. I also love how the skirt flows down with its assymetrical cut and swings lightly around your legs. The Boho Chic trend is very strong this summer and I have to say that it’s a look that fits my style. I just love how effortless chic it is to wear a white dress in the summer.

To complete this Bohemian chic look, I’m wearing a Fedora hat which has become my signature style this summer. I like that it’s a bit different from the classic Panama style with the off-white lace detail. The lace-up sandals from Dolce Vita are THE most comfortable summer sandals. I bought this pair last summer and love wearing them with a maxi dress like this one or shorts.

Not sure about you but I also love wearing a denim jacket with a maxi dress. I decided to go with a darker denim for this outfit but you can certainly layer it with a lighter denim jacket. I’ve own this jacket for years and love the worn out look. Nordstrom Rack usually has a nice selection of stylish and chic denim jackets.
