In one of my first blog posts “Jewelry Chic Essentials: Mixing Fine & Fun Pieces”, I share my love for fine jewelry, especially for Italian jewelry.
Last month, my friend and jewelry curator Mara Cappelletti and fashion designer Massimo Crivelli, hosted a very exclusive event in Milan, Italy introducing Spherae, a collection of 40 precious sphere jewels, a round shape inspired jewelry line, exclusively handcrafted and designed with pearls, boules and precious sinuosity. Each jewelry piece is the result of careful research on shapes and materials all made by Italian jewelry designers.
Check out the gallery below for a sneak peek of the Spherae collection. I absolutely love the details and craftsmanship of each piece. My favorites are the “En Rose” silver bracelet from Giuseppina Fermi with its delicate rose quartz pearl and the New Art Milano embossed bracelet with melting points and galvanic treatment of two colors.
These luxurious Italian jewelry pieces are sure to make a beautiful and elegant holiday gift!
